Adecco is partnering with a leading client in Newark, DE, to recruit dedicated Assembly Technicians. Key Responsibilities:
Perform precise manual assembly tasks to meet quality standards efficiently.
Safely operate tools and equipment to support assembly processes.
Prepare kits, manage material kitting, and handle load/unload duties.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard work procedures.
Conduct screen printing and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk around the warehouse, and perform repetitive motions.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Flexible with shift timings and adaptable to a fast-paced work setting.
Shift Details:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $21.00/hour
3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $21.00/hour + 15% shift differential

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
