Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise manual assembly tasks to meet quality standards efficiently.

• Safely operate tools and equipment to support assembly processes.

• Prepare kits, manage material kitting, and handle load/unload duties.

• Assist in developing and maintaining standard work procedures.

• Conduct screen printing and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk around the warehouse, and perform repetitive motions.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible with shift timings and adaptable to a fast-paced work setting.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $21.00/hour

• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $21.00/hour + 15% shift differential

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
