Bright Minds Crisis Intervention Clinic is in search of dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our professional team. In this full-time position, you will deliver crucial mental health interventions to individuals who have experienced trauma, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and engage in targeted therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patient histories and inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, emphasizing resilience and coping strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to effectively treat clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma experiences and fostering healing.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, practical coping mechanisms, and available community resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain all patient documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and workshops aimed at enhancing trauma-informed practices.
• Continuously update knowledge of the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to improve the quality of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse group of trauma survivors, including those experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and various mood disorders resulting from traumatic events. As you engage with clients, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their healing journey and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methods.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster a non-judgmental, compassionate therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for patient management.
• A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in a mental health counseling setting focused on trauma recovery. Familiarity with trauma-focused therapies will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role, positioning you as a valuable resource for clients seeking recovery and support.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a fulfilling role, you will benefit from:
