Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals aligned with clients' therapeutic objectives.
• Perform thorough assessments to diagnose clients with accurate DSM-5 criteria, ensuring appropriate treatment interventions.
• Maintain meticulously organized, confidential, and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to refine your skills and stay current with best practices in the mental health field.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community resources, to create a holistic support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families navigate their unique circumstances, ultimately empowering them to achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of active and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while demonstrating empathy and cultural competence in practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including experience in both individual and group therapeutic settings.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to create inclusive therapeutic environments that respect and uphold diversity.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
