Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible work environment, where licensed therapists can operate remotely, ensuring that you can provide care to clients in a setting that suits both their comfort and your professional needs. Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured yet accommodating routine. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to engage clients effectively, manage your caseload, and collaborate with colleagues seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and address the unique mental health issues faced by clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals for wellness and recovery.
• Collaborate regularly with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and clinical interventions within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Manage a caseload of diverse clients efficiently, providing regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges. You will provide a space for healing and growth, ensuring accessibility to mental health services for individuals from various backgrounds within the Kingman community and surrounding areas. Your efforts will contribute to breaking down stigma and facilitating a culture of support around mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in therapeutic techniques with a focus on evidence-based methodologies.
• A strong commitment to collaboration, continual learning, and adapting to the evolving needs of clients and the community.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote session facilitation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes within the Kingman area will be beneficial in supporting client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
