• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals in a timely manner.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.
