Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to clients struggling with mental health issues related to substance abuse.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client's unique challenges, developing comprehensive and strategic treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically adapted to the context of substance abuse recovery.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring all records meet the standards outlined by both state regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including other therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients.
- Educate patients and their families about available mental health resources, support systems, and coping strategies to foster their recovery journey.

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
Step By Step Social Work offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
