Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans suited to each individual's needs, focusing on their personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress to adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Offer ongoing teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing mobility or logistical challenges.
• Maintain precise documentation of session notes and treatment progress in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our therapists are trained to work effectively with clients of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and families, ensuring that each individual receives the care needed to navigate their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients.
• A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a manageable caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in private practice settings or providing teletherapy services is preferred.
• History of working with clients facing anxiety, depression, or trauma.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide:
