Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, personal history, and therapeutic goals.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement unique treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate progress tracking with clients to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards governing social work practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, remaining informed about current best practices and innovations in the field.
• Develop trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering cooperation and sustained positive change.
• Offer guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies to empower clients in overcoming life's challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals seeking mental health support and guidance, including those facing acute life stressors, chronic mental health conditions, relationship issues, and families in need of cohesive therapeutic interventions. With the integration of hospice care, you will also participate in providing grief counseling and support to clients and their families navigating the complexities of end-of-life decisions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona is a must.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably within private practice or telehealth.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, including competency in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention application.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills are essential for effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in hospice or end-of-life care settings is favored but not mandatory. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques will be advantageous in adapting to our service delivery model.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Additionally, we offer:
