Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients, ensuring proficiency in mental health best practices and interventions.
- Conduct both individualized and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Carry out comprehensive assessments and prepare conclusive treatment logs that summarize patient progress and therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaboratively design and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating the input of patients and families to foster a sense of ownership in the recovery process.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services that included addressing immediate patient concerns and implementing evidence-based strategies.
- Facilitate referrals to specialized practitioners when necessary to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate records that document mental health evaluations, treatment strategies, and progress reviews.
- Offer educational and supportive programs to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health challenges and coping mechanisms.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a varied population of clients who face a range of psychological issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health disorders. Our telehealth platform enables you to interact with clients across geographic boundaries, providing care that is sensitive to cultural and demographic differences. By understanding and addressing their unique needs, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
- Commitment to continuous learning and application of best practices in mental health care.
Preferred Experience
We seek candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in a counseling or mental health care setting. Experience providing telehealth services is a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with virtual counseling dynamics and technology.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus potential, including a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 and additional bonuses up to $2,000 based on state licensure.
- Flexible work hours between 5-40 hours per week, allowing you to design a schedule that meets your needs.
