Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active SC or compact state PT license.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Monday through Friday schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on Monday and Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 8:00 AM–2:30 PM on Friday
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No floating to other units or sister facilities required
- Charting is performed using Epic
- Free parking available on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Active SC PT license or compact multistate PT license required at time of start; pending licensure may be considered
- Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Neuro experience preferred
- SSN and Driver's License required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are accepted for this position
- Business casual attire required; scrubs are not the standard dress code
- Orientation modules are completed prior to the start date
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; approval is subject to manager discretion
- Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility may be considered on a case-by-case basis; non-local candidates are prioritized
- Previous permanent or PRN staff at any MUSC location must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required
